Elliott Heads Southbeach Masterplanned Community – The Village Centre
• $2bn, 3200 residential lot master-planned community approved in 2013

• Delivery in stages between 2021 and 2025
The development of the Southbeach master-planned community is set to make Elliott Heads Queensland’s new oceanside ‘lifestyle hub’, similar to the likes of Byron Bay and Noosa.
We are partnering with contractors to develop the 3.2 hectare Village Centre from the ground up. This includes a supermarket, speciality retail stores, fresh produce, a service station, a childcare centre with a capacity of 120 places, primary and allied health clinics, and tavern & drive-through liquor barn.
The development of the Southbeach Masterplanned Community is estimated to bring thousands of new jobs to the area.

The extension of the new ocean boardwalk on the esplanade will also feed into our streetscape, and the centre will be a continuation of the existing township.
Project status update
With the site rezoning from rural to commercial business now approved, the site clearing has started, and we are exploring options for key tenant anchors. Construction is expected to begin shortly.
